Mr. Middlebrooks is CEO of Apollo BBC, Inc. and is a Principal Consultant for technical services. Since founding the firm in 2005, Mr. Middlebrooks has managed the firm’s financials, implemented marketing strategies, and provided day-to-day management. Providing direction and leadership for the firm’s business operations is the primary managerial responsibility for Mr. Middlebrooks.

In addition to managing business operations, Mr. Middlebrooks is a technical expert in the areas of Mechanical Engineering, Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems evaluation and design, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) evaluation and improvement, and Building Commissioning. His key areas of expertise include the interactions of HVAC with the building’s enclosure systems and identification of detrimental affect thereof.
Mr. Middlebrooks project experience includes providing condition assessment of commercial buildings, forensic evaluation, and origin and cause of failures. His projects span several states including Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Michigan, New York, Oregon, and Texas, with international experience including Mexico and Canada.
Mr. Middlebrooks has provided expert testimony relating to litigation cases and has provided technical consulting for several claims.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states. Mr. Middlebrooks is experienced in dealing with new construction as well as retrofit and repair applications.
