LEED for New Construction Management & Consulting

A key need created by the USGBC’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) is task and deadline management along with technical consulting. Since 2006, Apollo BBC has provided LEED team management services that organizes and supports the project team.  Our experienced LEED APs not only provide technical assistance, but teach your team how to comply with document LEED credit opportunities, engaging each party to contribute.  Prior to submission we review credits and provide feedback regarding potential issues and alternatives for each credit.  Our extensive LEED Certification experience enables us to provide actionable feedback, even though each GBCI review provides different perspectives.

LEED for Existing Buildings Consulting

LEED for Buildings Operations + Management focuses on existing buildings, a subject we are very familiar with.  This LEED rating system differs from the new construction in that it is data and process intensive and requires a unique skill set to accomplish.  The combination of Apollo BBC LEED consultants and existing buildings experts gives us a unique ability to provide practical recommendations for certification.
