Hurricane Katrina damaged the Hard Rock Casino hotel and parking facilities in Biloxi, destroying parking decks and ripping balconies off of the structure.  Apollo BBC evaluated the damage, and provided a third-party opinion regarding the proposed repair program, helping to avoid costly problems that be built built-in to the structure.
